At this year's show, Genew is highlighting the GX3500-S Series Unified Access Platform together with its vOMCI solution. A single GX3500-S system supports multiple PON standards, including GPON and XG(S)-PON. Powered by EasyPON technology on Combo PON ports, the platform enables a smooth evolution from GPON to 10G PON through a simple optical module replacement, effectively protecting operators' existing investments. Meanwhile, the containerized vOMCI solution integrates rapidly with OpenOLT — no deep hardware modification required — and supports interoperability with mainstream third-party PON equipment, significantly lowering the barriers to deployment and operation.
