Smart Emergency Command Platform
Adhering to the concept of "prevention + emergency response, regular + extraordinary management", the platform integrates emergency resources to build a fully covered, connected, and visualized system. It shifts from "passive response" to "proactive prevention", realizing full-life-cycle closed-loop management of emergencies (pre-incident prevention → in-incident response → during-incident disposal → post-incident summary). In regular times, it supports situation monitoring and drills; in emergencies, it covers the entire rescue process (incident reporting, analysis, dispatch, evaluation), improving command efficiency.
Architecture
The platform adopts a "1+1+4+N" architecture: 1 Facility Base (e.g., command sites), 1 Communication Network Group (e.g., emergency command info networks, e-government external networks, Internet, trunked networks), 4 Capacity Support Platforms (integrated communication, video networking, IoT sensing, emergency data services), and N smart emergency application scenarios. The scenarios cover monitoring & early warning (work safety, natural disasters, urban security) and command & dispatch (regular/emergency processes). System operation is ensured by standard specification, security guarantee, and intelligent O&M systems, and it provides visual command & dispatch services for large-screen, PC, and mobile terminals.
